CAN YOU QUIT SMOKING AND DRINKING?


It sound impossible right?, You can quit smoking and drinking if you can follow this content and do it as I put it down step by step.
  Firstly i will try to tell you the disadvantages or side effect of smoking cigaretti or tobacco and drinking alcohol
SIDE EFFECT OF SMOKING AND DRINKING
  There are many disadvantages and side effect of smoking tobacco and drinking alcohol
1 It damages the lung
 2 You will die young, It cause illness that lead to premature death, and i know you will not like to die young.
3 It cause cancer
  4It is disgrace to you family, because they did not like it 
 5  It change the structure of blood vessel, this will affect your blood circulation
                      I can only few of the effect because there are endless effect of smoking cigaretti or tobacco and drinking alcohol, I can tell you that there is no single advantages of smoking cigareti or tobacco and drinking, It have no enjoyment
Now i will you have see the side effect above, so did you want to have these problem?, I know that you answer is NO, So why can;t you stop drinking alcohol and smoking tobacco or cgaretti.
 Firstly decide in you mind that you want to quit smoking tobacco and drinking alcohol, Set a goal for yourself that you will not smoke tobacco and drink alcohol again that is the first aspect.
   Secondly try to avoid you fellow smoker friend don't go there visit them again, when they visit you don't entertain them. Try to unfriend them, If it is possible you can change your location, If you do tthis it will give you more opportunity to achieve your goal and quick smoking tobacco and drinking alcohol.
  Then try as much as possible to keep your house out of any tobacco and alcohol, make sure you keep your free from any form of alcohol and tell your family to help you in keep the your home free from alcohol.
  Don't go to where people are drinking alcohol or smoking tobacco. You will try to avoid this kind of place, because if you go and  visit may be you friend or any other people at this place they will force you to drink or smoke because they know that you usually drink and smoke.
 Don't be lonely, this is very very important, when you are lonely you can change you mind at any time, but if there are anybody with you or talking to you, this will make you busy and forget smoking or drinking for that period, this point is very important once again.
    Try to distract yourself by eating chew on gum when you are alone maybe about to sleep, and when you found yourself alone, this will help you to avoid smoking or drinking.
      Make a new friend, when you make a new friend and you share you ambition with them and tell them to help you in achieve you goal.
  Tell your family, You must tell your family your plan and they will support you because they know that what you are about to do is very good.
  Find a new hobby, this will help your to forget smoking and drinking forever if you found another hobby, and Lastly see your doctor, they will give your advise and also look for counselor for advise from them.
                                                                     IN CONCLUSION
Alcohol is not good for health, so what is not good is not good, Try to avoid it and it is for your benefit.
